Join us at our Fall Lecture Series opener to view the stunning garden photographs taken by David Perry as he demonstrates the amazing potential that smart phone cameras offer. The cameras within smart phones are miniature wonders, nearly always within our reach and capable of making magical photographs that can be enhanced and immediately shared through email, tweets, and text messages or posted on social pages.
David Perry is an inspirational, Seattle-based author/photographer. His reverence for gardens, flowers and the gardeners who tend them is apparent in the pictures he takes and in his playful, sometimes irreverent manner when speaking about them. “With a teacher’s heart and an artist’s eye David will take an audience to a new level in how to approach photography.” His work has been featured on the cover of Fine Gardening as well as in Sunset, Garden Design, and Pacific Horticulture. David is the co-creator of The 50 Mile Bouquet and his latest book, Your Garden Can Make a Difference, should be released next spring. Enjoy his blog at davidperryphoto.myportfolio.com
